Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your purchase from A Little Threaded, LLC. Because our products include physical goods, digital downloads, and one-of-a-kind items, our policy varies slightly by product type.
Physical Products
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized, custom, or one-of-a-kind products are final sale unless defective or damaged in transit.
Process: To initiate a return, email us at sarah@alittlethreaded.com with your order number and reason for return.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Digital Products (Downloads, Tutorials, eBooks, etc.)
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final. If you experience issues accessing your file or content, please contact sarah@alittlethreaded.com, and we’ll make sure you receive what you purchased.
Events, Classes & Tutorials
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 7 days may receive a credit toward a future event at our discretion.
If we cancel an event, all participants will receive a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sarah@alittlethreaded.com within 7 days of receipt with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Exchanges
At this time, we can only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. For other cases, please request a return and place a new order.
